Bunker Escapes Gift Voucher – Terms & Conditions
- Redemption: Gift vouchers can be redeemed for accommodation at Bunker Escapes properties, excluding Jimmy Doo.
- Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- No Cash Alternative: Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products/services.
- Minimum Spend: Vouchers can be used towards bookings with a minimum spend of $[insert amount].
- Booking Requirements: Bookings must be made in advance and the voucher code provided at the time of booking. Redemption is subject to availability.
- Partial Redemption: If the booking exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of booking. Vouchers cannot be partially refunded.
- Multiple Vouchers: Only one voucher per booking may be used unless otherwise approved by management.
- Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Cancellation Policy: Standard property cancellation policies apply to bookings made with gift vouchers.
- Expiry & Extensions: Vouchers cannot be extended past the expiry date unless approved by Bunker Escapes management.
- Fraudulent Use: Vouchers that appear to be used fraudulently may be declined.
- Management Rights: Bunker Escapes reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
